.WATER CHESTNUT AND PURPLE CABBAGE STIR FRY
                                                                                       
Water chestnut flour is Low in sodium, high in potassium, rich in mineral calcium, iron, zinc and phosphorus and also contain a moderate amount of fiber and Purple cabbage are known to be superfoods with lots of phytochemicals and antioxidants. Inclusion of eggs adds to the protein content of the dish.

 

Main ingredients :
 

Water chestnut100g
Boiled egg60g
Purple cabbage50g

Other Ingredients

Oil10g
Garlic10g
Honey10g
Chili flakes10g
Lemon juice10ml
Peanut10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
  Boil enough water in a pan and add water chestnuts, mix  and cook for three minutes. Drain well and keep it aside.
 Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
 Add the water chestnuts, mix well and cook for three minutes.
 Add the cabbage, prepared dressing, salt and pepper and cook for one minute. Serve with the garnishes.
