WALNUT DELIGHT
                                                                                      
Walnuts are a rich source of healthy fat, antioxidants, and fiber which enables the body to absorb the nutrients more effectively and also helps in preventing cancer, reducing cholesterol and blood pressure. Milk is high in protein and calcium, whereas fruits are high in antioxidants and fiber.

Main ingredients
 

Biscuit100g
Butter50g
Walnut50g
Milk50ml

Other Ingredients :               

Cocoa powder20g
Sugar10g
Vanilla essence5g

   METHOD :
•  Heat butter in a nonstick pan and add sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt and mix well. Cook it on slow flame until the sugar melts and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
•  When it slightly cools, add the vanilla essence and mix well. Add the powdered biscuits and mix thoroughly.
•  Divide it into two equal portion and make it into a finger shape. Roll each finger in the walnuts and refrigerate. Serve immediately.
