BAKED MUSHROOM WITH HERBS
Mushrooms are a good source of iron. They act as an antioxidant, boost immunity, and increase metabolism. They are a rich source of calcium, which is an essential nutrient in the formation and strength of bones. The addition of herbs enhances the flavor of the dish.

Oats | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Beans | 20g |
Carrot | 20g |
Red chili powder | 20g |
Green gram dal (Moong dal) | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Onion | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Remove the stem of the mushrooms, discard them and wash the mushrooms thoroughly.
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl along with mushroom. Put the mushroom mixture in the centre of an aluminium foil.
• Bring the sides of the aluminium foil together in the center and seal it and bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200°C
• Let it cool slightly and serve immediately.
