VEGETABLE CHAPPATI ROLL
                                                                                                    
Whole wheat flour is high in fiber, antioxidants, phytonutrients and vitamin B. Baby corn aids in digestion, and it also provides our bodies with essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese. Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic elements needed for healthy digestion: water and fiber. Addition of vegetables increases the nutrient content and adds colour to the dish.


Main ingredients :

Wheat flour100g

Cucumber20g
Tomato20g
Carrot20g
Capsicum20g
Lettuce20g

    Other Ingredients :      

Spring onion10g
Butter10g
Red chili powder10g
SaltAs per taste

 METHOD:
•  For the dough, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a soft dough using water. Keep it aside.
•  For the stuffing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep it aside.
• Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each dough into a circular shape like chapati. Cook it on both sides in a pan until it turns light brown in color.
• Put one portion of the stuffing in the center of the chapati and roll the chapati. Serve it hot.
