VEGETABLE AND CHICKEN STIRFRY WITH BAJRA
Chicken is an excellent source of proteins, vitamin B, phosphorus, a mineral called selenium which helps to protect your immune system. Broccoli is a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin A and is useful in the treatment of peptic ulcers. important for general good health. Zucchini has a high content of vitamin C, carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. It contains significant quantities of potassium, folate, and vitamin A, all of which are important for general good health.

Broccoli | 50g |
Spinach | 50g |
Zucchini | 50g |
Mushroom | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Bajra | 25g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Combine the bajra and salt with One Cup of water in a pressure cooker. Mix well and cook for five whistles. Allow the steam to escape and drain the water and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken and sauté for five minutes. Add the other vegetables and sauté for another two minutes.
Serve it with bajra.
