.SWEET CORN CHICKEN SOUP                                                                                                
Corn is one of the most widely consumed cereal grains, it is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Inclusion of chicken adds value to the dish.


Main ingredients
 

Chicken50g
Corn (Boiled)50g

 

                 OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Egg10g
Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

   METHOD:
In a pressure cooker, add the chicken with One Cup of water. Pressure cook it for 10 minutes.
 Set the chicken after it cools. Add 1 cup of water to the chicken stock. Full
 Grind the sweet corn by adding some water and strain it. 
Add the sweet corn puree to the chicken stock and bring it to boil. 
Add spring onions for garnish and salt and pepper as per taste. Serve hot.
