.SWEET CORN CHICKEN SOUP
Corn is one of the most widely consumed cereal grains, it is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Inclusion of chicken adds value to the dish.
Main ingredients
Chicken | 50g |
Corn (Boiled) | 50g |
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Egg | 10g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
In a pressure cooker, add the chicken with One Cup of water. Pressure cook it for 10 minutes.
Set the chicken after it cools. Add 1 cup of water to the chicken stock. Full
Grind the sweet corn by adding some water and strain it.
Add the sweet corn puree to the chicken stock and bring it to boil.
Add spring onions for garnish and salt and pepper as per taste. Serve hot.
