SPINACH SOUP
Spinach is a rich source of fiber and an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin K and iron. Garlic helps boost immune system and provides protection against cold and cough. Onions are rich in oligosaccharides which are prebiotics that improve gut health.
Main ingredients :
Spinach | 100g |
Onion | 20g |
Other Ingredients:
Garlic | 10g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Add butter in a pressure cooker and add onions, garlic and peppercorns and sauté for one minute.
• Add spinach and ½ cup of water and bring it to boil.
• Serve hot.
