    Spinach is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin K, and iron. The addition of paneer makes it a complete dish by increasing the protein and calcium content of the dish.

Green chili10g
Onion10g
Butter10g
SaltAs per taste

 

   METHOD
          Sauté onion, green chili, and spinach in a pan for 2 minutes. Add the cottage cheese and salt.
Fill the crepe with the spinach mixture and fold it into triangles. Arrange them in a baking dish.
              Bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve hot
