METHOD
Sauté onion, green chili, and spinach in a pan for 2 minutes. Add the cottage cheese and salt.
Fill the crepe with the spinach mixture and fold it into triangles. Arrange them in a baking dish.
Bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve hot
