SPINACH AND CHICKEN OPEN TOAST
                                                                             

Whole wheat bread amps up the nutritional quality of the meal and contributes good amounts of fiber, thus relieving constipation. Spinach is a rich source of minerals, vitamins, and micro-nutrients, including potassium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, iron and calcium. Chicken and cheese are rich sources of protein.


Main ingredients :
 

Whole Wheat Bread100g
Spinach100g
Chicken100g
Onion25g
Cheese25g

      Other Ingredients :      

Green chili10g
Pepper powder10g
Butter10g

  METHOD :
•  For the bread toast, cut each bread slice into two equal halves and apply melted butter on all the halves of the bread and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for five to 7 minutes until crisp. Keep it aside.
•  For the spread, heat butter in a pan and add green chilies, onions and sauté for two minutes. Add spinach, baking soda, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for three minutes. Add chicken and mix well and divide the mixture into two equal portions.
•  Spread the mixture on each bread slices and sprinkle it with cheese. Bake it for 5 to 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Serve immediately
