SPAGHETTI IN SPINACH SAUCE 

Whole wheat pastas are full of fiber which make you feel full. Spinach, milk and chicken adds value to the dish by increasing the fiber, protein, calcium and vitamins content also gives taste and color to the dish.
Main ingredients :
 

Wheat pasta100g
Spinach100g
Milk50ml
Chicken50g

     Other Ingredients :

Cheese25g
Spring onion25g
Garlic10g
Oregano10g
Chili flakes10g
Butter10g
SaltAs per taste

      METHOD:
• Blanch the spinach in boiling water for a minute. Drain and refresh in cold water and blend it in a mixer to a smooth puree.
•  Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic, spring onions and greens, and sauté for few minutes.  Add capsicum and sauté for one to two minutes.
•  Add the spinach puree, mix well and cook for two minutes. Add cheese, milk and salt. Mix well and cook for one minute.
•  Add spaghetti, oregano and chilli flakes and toss it and cook for two to three minutes. Serve immediately.
