Sago contains antioxidants and resistant starch and has been linked to many benefits, including improving risk factors for heart disease and enhancing exercise performance. Peanuts are rich plant-based protein source and have a low glycaemic index and they are also an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals like biotin.
Main ingredients :

Sago100g
Potato50g
Peanut25g

Other Ingredients :      

Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Coriander leaves10g
Lemon juice10ml
Curry leaves10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

        METHOD :
• Wash the sago, drain and place them in a deep bowl. Add water and keep it aside for 8 hours.
•  In a microwave safe bowl, mix oil, cumin seeds and Curry leaves, and microwave for one minute. Add the boiled potatoes and microwave for half minute.
•  Add the soaked sago, peanuts, coriander, green chili paste, lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix gently and microwave for four minutes. Serve the Sabu dana khichri with curds.
