SABUDA FRITTERS
Sago contains antioxidants and resistant starch and has been linked to many benefits, including improving risk factors for heart disease and enhancing exercise performance. Adding nuts and spices enhances flavour and adds crunch to the taste.

Potato | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Oil | 20g |
Peanut | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Coriander powder | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
• Soak Sabu dana overnight.
• Boil the potatoes and mash them Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make small patties.
• Deep fry the patties in a pan and enjoy with chutney!
