   ROASTED CORN
                                                                                                     
Corn is one of the most widely consumed cereals grains. It is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Corn is high in dietary fiber which comprises of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps in blocking cholesterol absorption by turning into a gel-like consistency whereas insoluble fiber prevents constipation.

Sweet corn100g

Other Ingredients :        

Butter10g
Oil10g
Onion10g
Capsicum10g
Lemon juice10ml
Sugar10g
Green chili10g
Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
• Heat, butter and oil in a pan and add garlic, onions and sauté for three to four minutes.
•  Add the corn, capsicum and salt and sauté for another three to four minutes.
• Remove it from the flame and add the dressings and serve warm.
