RAVA VEGETABLE PANCAKE
Broccoli is a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin A and is useful in the treatment of peptic ulcers. Adding curds to it adds up to the protein value. Curd has a good bacteria' present in it which strengthens your immune system by fighting against several microorganisms that are present in the body. Adding vegetables increases the nutrient content and adds colour to the dish.
Main ingredients :
Rava (Sooji) | 100g |
Broccoli | 50g |
Curd | 50ml |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 20g |
Capsicum | 20g |
Carrot | 20g |
Green chili | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make it into a batter using water.
• Heat a pan and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a spoonful of batter in each with up a mold and let it cook on both sides until it turns golden brown in color.
• Serve it with green chutney.
