RASPBERRY OAT NUT BALLS
Raspberries boat many nutrients despite being low in calories. They provide more than half of the RDA for vitamin C. They also contain small amounts of Vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, calcium and zinc. Inclusion of oats adds fiber to the dish while nuts increase the vitamins and minerals content of the dish.
