RAJMA EGG SALAD
Rajma/Kidney beans are a very good source of folate and copper. They are also good sources of phosphorus, protein, vitamin B1, iron, potassium, and magnesium. It contains an abundant amount of fiber and antioxidant that lowers the risk of chronic diseases. Addition of eggs and vegetables increases the nutrient content of the dish.

Rajma | 50g |
Capsicum | 50g |
Spinach | 50g |
Carrot | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Spring onion | 10g |
Sprouts | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Chili flakes | 10g |
Oregano | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Combine the boiled rajma and all the other ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Before serving, add the dressings and serve it along with boiled egg.
