   RAJMA EGG SALAD
                                                                                       
Rajma/Kidney beans are a very good source of folate and copper. They are also good sources of phosphorus, protein, vitamin B1, iron, potassium, and magnesium. It contains an abundant amount of fiber and antioxidant that lowers the risk of chronic diseases. Addition of eggs and vegetables increases the nutrient content of the dish.

Main ingredients
 

Boiled egg60g
Rajma50g
Capsicum50g
Spinach50g
Carrot50g

Other Ingredients :

Spring onion10g
Sprouts10g
Oil10g
Chili flakes10g
Oregano5g
SaltAs per taste

  METHOD:
Combine the boiled rajma and all the other ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and refrigerate for at least one hour.
 Before serving, add the dressings and serve it along with boiled egg.
