RAGI BROCCOLI CUTLETS
Ragi or nachni is a good source of iron, calcium and potassium too. It also contains healthy carbs which keep us full for a longer duration. Broccoli is a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin A and is useful in the treatment of peptic ulcers. Adding gram flour and oats increases the fiber and protein content of the dish.
Mixed ingredients :
Ragi | 50g |
Broccoli | 50g |
Potato | 50g |
Besan | 50g |
Oats | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Red chili powder | 10g |
Mint leaves | 10g |
Spring onion | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Grind the soaked and drained ragi in a mixer using little water.
• Combine the mixture and all the other ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and roll them into a circle shape.
• Put the cutlets in a greased pan and cook it on both sides until it becomes golden brown in color. Serve immediately.
