                   Quinoa egg salad is a perfect blend of good quality proteins. Quinoa has become the world’s most familiar superfood it is loaded with protein fiber and minerals. Adding egg to the dish makes it a complete meal.


Main ingredients :
 

Quinoa100g
Egg60g
Capsicum50g
Lettuce50g

 

                 

Carrot25g
Oil10g
Honey10g
Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
• In a bowl, add all the vegetables, spices, honey and lemon juice. Store it in an airtight container.
Pressure cook soaked quinoa for few minutes until it gets cooked.
• Add boiled eggs. 
• Before eating, toss it well and serve.
