PANEER KOFTA IN PALAK GRAVY
Paneer is rich in Protein and provides us with generous amounts of calcium while spinach is fiber rich and also rich in certain vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Vitamin K and iron.
Main ingredients:
Paneer | 100g |
Spinach | 100g |
Other ingredients :
Cashew nut | 10g |
Coconut | 10g |
Poppy seeds | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
For the Koftas, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and divide it into two equal portions and make it in two round sized balls. Place the balls on a microwave safe dish and microwave for one minute. Keep it aside.
For the spinach gravy mix curd and corn flour in a bowl and keep it aside. Mix spinach and two tablespoons of water in a microwave. Safe bowl and microwave for one minute.
Combine spinach and water in a mixer and blend it smooth.
Heat a pan and add ghee and oil. Add the curds, cornflour mixture and mix well and cook for one minute. Add the blended spinach prepared paste sugar, milk and salt. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
Gently add the prepared koftas and cook for around one minute. Serve immediately.
