The fiber and the minerals in the bottle gourd or Lauki supports healthy digestion and combats flatulence and combats constipation. Addition of pomegranate increases the vitamins content and adds colour to the dish.

Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g

Green chili10g
SaltAs per taste

    METHOD :
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
•  Refrigerate it and serve chilled with parathas
