         POWER PACKED IDLI                                                                                                                                                                                              Jowar is gluten-free, and rich in iron, vitamin B, vitamin E, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and fiber. Black gram dal is also rich in minerals, and vitamins adding extra nutrition to the dish. Adding beans increases the fiber content of the dish.

             OTHER INGREDIENTS:    

Black gram dal (Urad dal)20g
Horse gram dal (Kulthi)20g
Brown rice (cooked)10g
Fenugreek seeds10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
• Soak urad dal, horse gram dal, and jowar overnight.
• Strain completely. Grind it with cooked brown rice and allow it to ferment for a few hours.
• Add all the ingredients of stuffing to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Mix it with the batter. 
• Grease oil in idly mold and add the batter.
• Steam for 10-12minutes. Serve with chutney.
