PEANUT CHUTNEY POWDER
Peanuts are rich plant-based protein source and have a low glycaemic index and they are also an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals like biotin. . Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulphur, and chlorine.

Cumin seeds (Zeera) | 10g |
Red Chili powder | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |

METHOD
• Dry roast the peanuts for 8 minutes in a pan. Let it cool, then remove the skin of the peanuts by rubbing it.
• Combine the peanuts with all the remaining ingredients in a mixer and blend it till coarse without water.
• Store it in an airtight container and refrigerate. Use as required.
