PANEER PUDINA TIKKI
Paneer is a good source of protein that helps in muscle building and the growth and development of tissues. Paneer is also rich in calcium and phosphorus which helps in building strong bones and teeth. The inclusion of mint leaves adds to the calcium content of the dish.
Main ingredients :
Paneer | 100g |
Mint leaves | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Green chili | 10g |
Corn flour | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Chat masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Combine all the ingredients along with crumbled paneer in a bowl and mix well. Divide it into two equal portions and make it into a round flat Tikki.
• Cook it on both sides in a greased pan until it turns golden brown in color.
• Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
