  Spinach is a superfood rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is an amazing source of potassium too. Curd is a high-protein food, and it also contains good bacteria.
Main ingredients :
 

Spinach100g
Gram flour20g
Curd20ml

       OTHER INGREDIENTS

Onion20g
Ginger10g
Green chili10g
Mustard seeds (Rai)10g
Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Turmeric powder10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
•  Whisk Besan and the heat till it becomes a smooth texture. Add two cups of water and mix well.
•  Grind green chili, spinach, and ginger with little water to make a puree. Add this dahi mixture to the puree.
• Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Add spinach mixture, salt, and turmeric powder and cook until the Besan is cooked. 
• Garnish it with chopped spinach and serve hot.
