      2.   OATS BUCKWHEAT DOSA                                                 

Buckwheat is full of nourishment, and has a high-quality protein that delivers all the essential amino acids, including lysine, which is usually lacking in grains. Its high fiber content is a boon for weight loss. Mixing it with oats increases its fiber content.

  Method :         

  •       Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water gradually to make a batter without lumps.       
  •       Grease the pan and spread a little batter on it like a dosa.
  •       Cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove, serve, and enjoy
