OPEN BEAN BURGER
Beans contain good amount of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. They are a rich source of iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, Vitamins A, B6, and C. Whole wheat burger buns that are high in fiber & more nutritious than our regular maida buns, this recipe manages to provide so many essential nutrients in a dish. Addition of cheese increases the protein content of the dish.
Main ingredients :

Baked Beans | 100g |
Spaghetti | 100g |
Cheese | 25g |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 20g |
Tomato ketchup | 10g |
White sauce | 10g |
Butter | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
• For the topping heat butter in a nonstick pan and add onions, green chilies and sauté for one to two minutes. Add the baked beans and tomato ketchup and mix well and cook for one minute.
• Add the spaghetti and cook for two minutes. Add salt and mix well and cook it on a medium flame for two minutes. Divide the topping into two equal portions.
• Cut the bread buns into halves and spread butter over them. Bake the breads in a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
• Fill the burger on bun with one portion of the topping and spread white sauce and cheese over it. Serve immediately
