  ONE POT CHICKEN QUINOA                                                                                      
Quinoa being a great protein source contains an array of essential nutrients such as B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium etc. Adding chicken and vegetables increases the nutritional content of the dish as they are loaded with proteins, vitamins and minerals.


Main ingredients :
         

Quinoa100g
Chicken100g
Chicken stock100ml
Spinach50g

 

     Other Ingredients :

Onion20g
Mushroom20g
Pepper powder10g
SaltAs per taste

  METHOD:


Heat oil in a pot. Saute onions and mushroom for 1-2minutes.
Add chicken stock and bring it to boil. 
Add quinoa and chicken in the pot and cook it in medium flame until it is cooked completely. 
Serve hot.
