ONE POT CHICKEN QUINOA
Quinoa being a great protein source contains an array of essential nutrients such as B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium etc. Adding chicken and vegetables increases the nutritional content of the dish as they are loaded with proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Main ingredients :
Quinoa | 100g |
Chicken | 100g |
Chicken stock | 100ml |
Spinach | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 20g |
Mushroom | 20g |
Pepper powder | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pot. Saute onions and mushroom for 1-2minutes.
Add chicken stock and bring it to boil.
Add quinoa and chicken in the pot and cook it in medium flame until it is cooked completely.
Serve hot.
