OATS MOONG DAL TIKKI
Green gram is rich in protein and fibre. Along with weight loss, moong dal also improves the metabolism, immune system and protects against fatal diseases. Oats along with moong dal makes an excellent cereal pulse combination where oats adds up the fiber content of the dish.
Main ingredients :
Green gram dal (Moong dal) | 50g |
Oats | 50g |
Curd | 20ml |
Other Ingredients :
Green chili | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Garlic | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Chat masala | 5g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Clean wash and boil the yellow moong Dal in water until it becomes soft. Drain and blend it in a mixer.
• Transfer the paste into the into a bowl and Add all the ingredients and mix well.
• Divide the mixture into two equal portions and make it into a round flat tikki. Cook the tikki on both sides in a greased pan until it turns golden brown in color. Serve it with green chutney.
