OATS AND CHICKEN BROTH
                                                                                 
Oats gives a good amount of carbohydrates that will provide with energy slowly for a long time.  They are also high in soluble fiber and beta glucan. Chicken is an excellent source of lean protein and other important nutrients like niacin, B vitamin essential to carbohydrate metabolism. Addition of vegetables increases the nutrient content and gives colour to the dish.

Capsicum20g
Cauliflower20g
Carrot20g
Cabbage20g
Garlic10g
Onion10g
Coriander leaves10g
Green chili10g
Lemon juice10ml
SaltAs per taste

METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan and add onions, garlic, and green chilies and saute for one minute. Add the chicken and saute for another two minutes.
 Add the vegetables and saute for another two minutes. Add the odds and saute for one minute. Add three cups of water, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
 Add the coriander, and mix well and cook for one minute. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately.
