.OATMEAL ALMOND MILK WITH STRAWBERRY
                                                                                       
Oatmeal contains a number of healthy nutrients, including protein, complex carbohydrates, and a little heart-healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Curd and Almond milk adds creaminess to the dish. Strawberry increases the nutrition content as it is loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Main ingredients :

Almond milk100ml
Oats50g
Strawberry50g
Curd50ml

Other Ingredients :

Honey10g

      METHOD:
• Soak the oats in water for at least 8 hours or over night and drain well.
•  Boil water in a pan and add cinnamon stick and the oats and cook it for 6 minutes.
•  Transfer the mixture into a bowl and Add all the remaining ingredients. 
• Mix well and top it with roasted sunflower seeds.
