Ragi or nachni is a good source of iron, calcium and potassium too. It also contains healthy carbs which keep us full for a longer. Sesame seeds are a good source of fibre, plant protein and B vitamins.

Main ingredients :
 

Ragi100g
Whole Wheat flour50g

   Other Ingredients :           

Sesame seed10g
Oil10g

   METHOD:
•  Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead it into a soft dough and keep it aside.
•  Divided into 2 equal portions and roll it into large thin circles. Cook it in a pan on both sides until it turns crisp.
•  Cool and store in an air tight container.
