MUTTON PAYA SOUP
Mutton is a rich source of proteins zinc, fatty acids and several vitamins and minerals which makes it a heathy addition to your diet. Gram flour or Besan is a good source of thiamine and vitamin B - 6 and sprouts are a good source of vitamin C. Adding ginger enhances the flavour of the dish.
Main ingredients :
Mutton | 100g |
Gram flour (Besan) | 20g |
Onion | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Ginger | 10g |
Pepper | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Mint leaves | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD :
Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with two cups of water and pressure cook until the paya is cooked.
Transfer it into a soup bowl and serve it with garnishes.
