MUTTON PAYA SOUP
                                                                                          
Mutton is a rich source of proteins zinc, fatty acids and several vitamins and minerals which makes it a heathy addition to your diet. Gram flour or Besan is a good source of thiamine and vitamin B - 6 and sprouts are a good source of vitamin C. Adding ginger enhances the flavour of the dish.


Main ingredients :
 

Mutton100g
Gram flour (Besan)20g
Onion20g

     Other Ingredients :

Ginger10g
Pepper10g
Green chili10g
Mint leaves10g
Coriander leaves10g
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

    METHOD :
Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with two cups of water and pressure cook until the paya is cooked. 
Transfer it into a soup bowl and serve it with garnishes.
