MUTTON KHEEMA ROTI
Whole wheat flour is high in fiber, antioxidants, phytonutrients and vitamin B. Addition of mutton makes it a complete dish because of its protein content. Onion compliments this entire dish and provides the body- Quercetin, an anti-inflammatory compound.

Onion | 10g |
Tomato | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
For the dough, combine the wheat flour and salt in a bowl and knead it into a soft dough. Divide it into two equal portions and roll each portion into a circular shape.
For the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add onions, and sauté for one minute. Add tomato and sauté for two minutes.
Add mutton, green chili, chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala, and cook for five minutes . Keep it aside.
Cook the roti on both sides in a pan until it turns golden brown in color. Place one portion of the stuffing in the center of the roti and roll it into a roll.
Seal the edges with aluminum foil and serve.
