.MUTTON CUTLETS
Mutton is a rich source of proteins, zinc, fatty acids, and several vitamins and minerals which makes it a healthy addition to your diet. Gram flour or Besan is a good source of thiamine and vitamin B - 6, and sprouts are a good source of vitamin C. , fresh coriander gives it an enhancing flavor. It is a wholesome recipe with taste and nutrients.

Mutton | 100g |
Gram flour (Besan) | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Onion | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Grind the mutton in a grinder into crumbles.
Transfer it into a bowl and Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Make it into small, round, flattened patties.
Deep fry it and serve it hot.
