Mutton is a rich source of proteins, zinc, fatty acids, and several vitamins and minerals which makes it a healthy addition to your diet. Gram flour or Besan is a good source of thiamine and vitamin B - 6, and sprouts are a good source of vitamin C. , fresh coriander gives it an enhancing flavor. It is a wholesome recipe with taste and nutrients.

Main ingredients :
 

Mutton100g
Gram flour (Besan)20g

  Other Ingredients :

Onion10g
Green chili10g
Coriander leaves10g
Turmeric powder10g
Oil10g
Garam masala5g
SaltAs per taste

    METHOD:


 Grind the mutton in a grinder into crumbles.
 Transfer it into a bowl and Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Make it into small, round, flattened patties.
Deep fry it and serve it hot.
