 MUTTON AKHNI PULAO
                                                                                          
Brown rice is high in fiber is known to aid in weight loss. Brown rice has hulls and brans which provide ''natural wholeness" to the grain and are rich in proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber, and potassium. Packed with several nutrients the inclusion of lamb meat in the diet is associated with a healthy life and greater longevity.


Main ingredients :
 

Mutton100g
Brown rice100g
Curd50ml

      Other Ingredients :

Fennel powder (Saunf)10g
Ginger10g
Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Green chili10g
Oil10g
Asafoetida (Heeng)Pinch
Bay leaf5g
SaltAs per taste

    METHOD:
 Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. After the cumin seeds crackle, add ginger and sauté for one minute. Add asafoetida, green chili, curd, fennel powder and sauté for two minutes.
Add mutton and cook for five minutes. Put One Cup of water and add brown rice and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame.
Serve it hot.
