MUTKI STUFFED JOWAR PARATHA
Moth Beans or Chawli is a popular vegetable in India. Chawali leaves contain good amount of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. They are a rich source of iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, Vitamins A, B6, and C.

Moth beans (Mutki) | 100g |
Whole Wheat Flour | 100g |
Other Ingredients :
Mustard seeds (Rai) | 10g |
Red chili powder | 10g |
Turmeric powder | 10g |
Coriander powder | 10g |
Sugar | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Asafoetida | Pinch |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a semi-soft dough using enough water.
• Divide it into two equal portions and roll each portion into a circle.
• Cook it on both sides in a pan until it turns golden brown in color. Serve hot.
