.OATS COCONUT PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA BAR
Oats are rich in fiber and a good source to boost up energy. Coconut contains healthy short chain and medium chain fatty acids that are essential for good health and it is a rich source of dietary fiber, and it is a super nutritious source of energy. Peanut butter has protein as well as potassium which lowers the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease. Almonds add extra nutrition to the healthy snack.

METHOD:
• Roast Almonds in a nonstick pan and let it cool. Mix almond, coconut, oats, cinnamon powder and salt in a bowl.
• In another bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla essence. Add peanut mixture to the dry almond, coconut and oats mixture and mix well.
• Pour the mixture into an aluminumxx tin with parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour. Demold it and cut into square shaped bars. Store it in an added container in the refrigerator and use as required.
