MUSHROOM BAKED WITH HERBS
                                                                           
Mushrooms have a rich profile of antioxidants and B-complex vitamins. These nutrients are being studied to protect our cells from damage and also may inhibit tumour formation. It's low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate, and vitamins A, C, and K.  Herbs adds flavour to the mushrooms.

Onion20g
Coriander leaves10g
Pepper powder10g
Green chili10g
Oregano5g

   METHOD:
•  Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
• Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
•  Serve it hot.
