Flax seeds are the richest source of omega-3-fatty acids. it is full of healthy fats and fiber. . Sesame seeds are a good source of fibre, plant protein and B vitamins. Fennel Seeds have many health-benefiting nutrients, essential compounds, antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Having a blend of seeds in one dish makes it completely nutritious.
Main ingredients :
Flax seeds | 50g |
Sesame seeds (Black) (cous cous) | 50g |
Sesame seeds (white) (cous cous) | 50g |
Fennel seeds (Saunf) | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Sugar | 10g |
Watermelon seeds | 10g |
Pumpkin seeds | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add lemon juice and salt and mix well. Cover and keep aside for one hour.
• Dry roast it in a non-stick pan for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool slightly and add the sugar and mix well.
• Cool completely and store it in an airtight container.
