 HEALTHY INSTANT OATMEAL
                                                                                         

Oatmeal provides glucose, the fuel on which muscles works on. Oatmeal is a superfood that is packed with carbs, proteins, and minerals. Including an apple with your oatmeal increases the nutrition of meal by adding natural fruit sugar, or fructose, a simple carbohydrate your body can use quickly


Main ingredients :

Green gram dal (Moong dal)50g

 Other Ingredients :              

Cumin seeds (Zeera)10g
Green chili10g
Curry leaves10g
Oil10g
AsafoetidaPinch
SaltAs per taste

METHOD:
• Soak the oats in water for at least 8 hours or overnight and drain well.
•  Boil water in a pan and add cinnamon stick and the oats and cook it for 6 minutes.
•  Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. 
• Mix well and top it with chopped apples.
