.MIXED FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. Banana is one of the most popular fruit in the world, enriched with fiber, potassium, folate, and antioxidants, such as vitamin C. Curd is a probiotic that helps improve the gut function by increasing the good bacteria. A blend of fruits and curd makes its flavourful.

  Other Ingredients :

METHOD :
•  Combine all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer until it becomes smooth and frothy.
• Pour it into two individual glasses.
•  Serve it immediately with sliced fruits.
