MIXED DAL WITH SPINACH AND KABULI CHANA
Kabuli chana is very nutritious and a great source of protein for all the vegetarians. They are rich in dietary fibre which helps to normalize your blood glucose levels. Lentils provide a good source of plant proteins, iron, and fiber which aids weight loss, lowers LDL levels, stabilizes blood glucose levels. Green gram dal (moong daal) is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E and many minerals, such as calcium, iron .Adding variety of dals in one dish makes it extremely nutritious.

METHOD :
• Mix dals, Kabuli Chana, chana dal,moong dal, masoor dal, turmeric powder, salt and water in a pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles. Allow the steam to escape after opening the lid and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared paste, tomatoes, water and cook for two minutes. Add cabbage, Spinach and mix well and cook for four minutes.
• Add the cooked Dal mixture, salt, sugar and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve it with parathas or rotis.
