GRILLED ZUCCHINI AND CARROTS
                                                                                                
Zucchini is packed with beneficial nutrients, including Vitamins C and A, potassium, folate, and fiber. All contribute to a healthy heart by decreasing the risk of stroke, reducing high blood pressure, and lowering cholesterol. Carrots can be attributed to their beta-carotene and fiber content. This root vegetable is also a good source of antioxidant agents.

Mint leaves25g

 METHOD:
• Cut zucchini into slices and keep it in an greased pan and grill it for two minutes. 
• Add the carrots and toss well
•  Serve immediately
