LEHSUNI MUTKI PALAK TIKKI
Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulphur, and chlorine. Matki sprouts have a greater concentration of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes. Matki sprouts contain an abundance of highly active antioxidants that prevent cell destruction and protect us from the ongoing effects of aging.

Sprouted moth beans (Mutki) | 50g |
Spinach | 50g |
Other Ingredients :
Garlic | 10g |
Green chili | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Garam masala | 5g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Mix matki and 1 Cup of water in a deep non-stick pan. Cover the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool, and blend it in a mixer to form a smooth paste.
• In a bowl, combine the matki mixture, salt, and all the ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and make it into thin flat tikki.
• Cook the tikki n both sides in a greased pan until it turns golden brown in color. Serve it with healthy green chutney.
