.JOWAR STUFFED CHILLA
Jowar is a whole grain which is gluten free, which in iron, vitamin, vitamin E, potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and fiber. Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A while French beans are rich in dietary fiber. Adding vegetables increases the nutritional content of their dish and makes it attractive by adding color to the dish.
Main ingredients :
Jowar flour | 50g |
Cumin seeds (Zeera) | 25g |
Onion | 20g |
Other Ingredients :
Carrot | 10g |
French Beans | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Lemon juice | 10ml |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
Add water to jowar flour and make it in a batter consistency.
Take a greased pan and spread ladle full of batter evenly in the pan.
cook it on both sides until it turns golden brown.
In another pan sauté all the vegetables and add spices to it.
Stuff the vegetable mixture inside the chilli before serving. Serve hot.
