.JOWAR STUFFED CHILLA
                                                                                                        
Jowar is a whole grain which is gluten free, which in iron, vitamin, vitamin E, potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and fiber.  Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A while French beans are rich in dietary fiber. Adding vegetables increases the nutritional content of their dish and makes it attractive by adding color to the dish.
Main ingredients :
 

Jowar flour50g
Cumin seeds (Zeera)25g
Onion20g

        Other Ingredients :

Carrot10g
French Beans10g
Coriander leaves10g
Lemon juice10ml
Oil10g
SaltAs per taste

       METHOD: 
Add water to jowar flour and make it in a batter consistency. 
Take a greased pan and spread ladle full of batter evenly in the pan. 
cook it on both sides until it turns golden brown. 
In another pan sauté all the vegetables and add spices to it.
Stuff the vegetable mixture inside the chilli before serving. Serve hot.
