Dates are rich in several vitamins, fibre, minerals, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for health. Apricots are rich in vitamin A, beta carotene and other carotenoids. Apple and oats add up to the fiber content of the dish.


Main ingredients :
 

Oats100g
Dates50g
Apricot50g
Apple50g

   Other Ingredients :

Butter10g
Sugar10g
Cinnamon5g
Clove5g

    METHOD:
•  Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
•  Transfer the mixture into a pan and sprinkle sugar over it. Bake it for two minutes in a preheated oven at 350-degree Fahrenheit.
•  Without removing from the pan, cut it immediately and then allow it to cool
