Peanut butter has protein as well as potassium, which lowers the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease. It also contains healthy monounsaturated fat, which helps moderate both cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

    METHOD:
• Combine all the peanuts and coconut oil in a mixer and blend to form a smooth paste.
•  Store it in a glass bottle with covered lid in the refrigerator.
•  Use it when required.
