HOMEMADE ALMOND BUTTER
                                                                                           

Almonds are also low in the glycaemic index and hence can be incorporated as a mid-morning/evening snack option for diabetics. They have a good portion of MUFA, which help to reduce LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol.

METHOD:
• Dry roast the almonds in a pan for five minutes and cool it completely. Once cooled, blend it in a mixer.
• Add the coconut oil and blend for 10 minutes. Wait for another minute and again blend for five minutes. Repeat this process 2 times.
•  Store it in a glass bottle covered with a lid in a refrigerator. Users required
