HARE CHANE KE KEBAB
Chick peas are high in fiber, protein, potassium and selenium. It increases the satiety and reduces appetite. Adding paneer, greens increases the vitamins and mineral content of the dish and addition of spices adds flavor to the dish.
Main ingredients :
Boiled Chickpeas (Kabuli chana) | 100g |
Paneer | 100g |
Onion | 20g |
Other Ingredients:
Mint leaves | 10g |
Coriander leaves | 10g |
Ginger | 10g |
Green chilli | 10g |
Garam masala | 10g |
Coriander powder (Dhaniya) | 10g |
Oil | 10g |
Salt | As per taste |
METHOD:
• Soak the chana overnight. Next day, drain the water and pressure cook the Chana for four whistles.
• Let the steam escape, then open the lid, drain the water out and mash the Chana to become smooth.
• Take a bowl, add the chana mixture and Mix all the remaining ingredients. Make it into an Oval kebab shape.
• Grease the pan with oil and cook the kebabs on both sides until it turns golden brown in colour. Serve hot with green chutney.
