Broccoli has a strong, positive impact on our body's detoxification system. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A in the form of beta carotene and a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B12, potassium, and dietary fiber.

  METHOD:
• Cut zucchini into slices and keep it in an greased pan and grill it for two minutes. Repeat the same process with broccoli and sweet potatoes.
• Add the carrots, salt and pepper powder on it and toss it for two minutes.
•  Serve immediately.
